LUKE'S STORY
It’s November 2012, all day, Luke had been struggling in silence with his anxiety and depression. Despite trying to "man up" and keep going, he chose to hide how he was really feeling. Deep down, he knew he couldn't keep going like this. All that was going through his mind was what he's been told his entire life.

Luke always knew he was one decision away from a totally different life. He had few qualifications, nothing was going for him so he decided that he had to believe in himself. That's what got Luke thinking. What if he could help others to believe in themselves?
